NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Village Administrator in the Village Hall, 86 Main Street, East Hampton, New York 11937 until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 30, 2023, at which time they shall be publicly opened and read, and the contract awarded as soon as practicable for:

New Gym Equipment for 1 Cedar Street

Bid documents may be obtained in person at Village Hall, 86 Main Street, East Hampton, New York; gmckay@easthamptonvillage.org by calling 631-324-4150 x 130 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily except Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids.  The bids must be marked “Sealed Bid” and must be accompanied by a non-collusion clause.
