NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the Village Administrator in the Village Hall, 86 Main Street, East Hampton, New York 11937 until 2:00 P.M. on Monday, September 18, 2023, at which time they shall be publicly opened and read, and the contract awarded as soon as practicable for:

2023-2025 TREE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
FOR THE INC. VILLAGE OF EAST HAMPTON

Bid documents may be obtained in person at Village Hall, 86 Main St., East Hampton, NY, by email: jhelm@easthamptonvillage.org or by calling 631-324-4150 x #700 between the hours of 9:00 am & 3:30 pm daily except Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The bids must be marked “Sealed Bid” and must be accompanied by a non-collusion clause.
