Sealed proposals will be received by the Village Administrator in the Village Hall, 86 Main Street, East Hampton, New York 11937 until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday May 9, 2023, at which time they shall be publicly opened and read, and the contract awarded as soon as practicable
Bid documents may be obtained in person at Village Hall, 86 Main Street, East Hampton, New York; jhelm@easthamptonvillage.org or by calling 631-324-4150 x 700 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. daily except Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The bids must be marked “Sealed Bid” and must be accompanied by a non-collusion clause.
