Rental (Seasonal Use Dwelling Unit) Registry
This form is required for all Village rentals lasting fewer than 120 days.
Note that rentals of fewer than two weeks are not permitted, per Village Code.
In addition, a maximum of two of these short-term rentals are permitted per calendar year.
When applying, please be aware that “affidavits” (found in items 2 and 4, at bottom) are documents that must be notarized by a certified notary.
