Annual Landscaper's Registry

On May 1^st 2025, the Village of East Hampton will be enforcing Chapter §185-14 of Village Code. Every Landscaper who works in the Village of East Hampton will need to register to the Annual Landscaper’s Registry. The fee is $250 per year, plus $10 per vehicle. The annual registry will expire on December 31st of each year.

All Landscapers must complete and submit the Annual Landscaper’s Registry Application to Village Hall by May 1^st, 2025.

We require the following information:

1. Copy of East Hampton Town Home Improvement License.
2. Certificate of Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Certificate if required by law or Exemption Certificate (form CE-200) if not required. The Village of East Hampton must be named as Additionally-Insured
3. All copies of vehicle registrations.
4. A check with total amount ($250 + $10 per vehicle).
5. Copy of NYS DEC Certificate of Chemicals and Pesticides.
6. Copy of Certificate of Completion of Suffolk County Nitrogen Fertilizer Turf Management Course.

Upon approval of a completed application, the Village will be providing stickers to be displayed on every registered landscaper’s vehicle. Violations are subject to penalties and/or revocation of registry.
