On May 1st 2025, the Village of East Hampton will be enforcing Chapter §107-12 & §107-13 of Village Code. Every Contractor who works in the Village of East Hampton will need to register to the Annual Contractor’s Registry. The fee is $250 per year, plus $10 per vehicle. The annual registry will expire on December 31st of each year.
All Contractors must complete and submit the enclosed Annual Contractor’s Registry Application to Village Hall by May 1st, 2025.
We require the following information:
- Copy of East Hampton Town Home Improvement License.
- Certificate of Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Certificate if required by law or Exemption Certificate (form CE-200) if not required. The Village of East Hampton must be named as Additionally-Insured
- All copies of vehicle registrations.
- A check with total amount ($250 + $10 per vehicle).
Upon approval of a completed application, the Village will be providing stickers to be displayed on every registered contractor’s vehicle. Violations are subject to penalties and/or revocation of registry.
