It is time to register for your East Hampton Village Contractor’s Registry for the year 2026. Per Village of East Hampton Code Chapter 107-12 & 107-13, every contractor who works in the Village of East Hampton must register for the Annual Contractor’s Registry. The fee is $250 per year, plus $10 per vehicle. The annual registry will expire on December 31st of each year.
All Contractors must submit the following to Village Hall no later than January 1st, 2026:
- Completed East Hampton Village Contractor’s Registry Application.
- Copy of your valid East Hampton Town Home Improvement License.
- Certificate of Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Certificate if required by law or Exemption Certificate (form CE-200) if not required. The certificate holder should be named as follows:

- Copies of all vehicle registrations. At least 1 vehicle registration is needed to register.
- A check with total amount ($250 + $10 per vehicle).
Upon approval of a complete application, the Village will issue stickers to be displayed on every registered contractor’s vehicle. Violations are subject to penalties and/or revocation of registry.

If documents are submitted incorrectly or incomplete they will be returned to the mailing address on file.
